Gas separation membrane

No drive unit and no power supply required! Maintenance-free and capable of handling a wide range of dew point and flow rates.

We would like to introduce our "Gas Separation Membrane." The "Membrane Dryer" is a compression dehumidification device that requires no power supply and has no moving parts, making it maintenance-free. It can accommodate a wide range of dew points (-10 to -60°C) and flow rates (1 to 10,000 nl/min). It utilizes a special high polymer hollow fiber membrane that allows water vapor to pass through easily while making it difficult for air to permeate. Additionally, the "N2 Gas Module" provides nitrogen gas solely from the supply of compressed air, eliminating the need for switching between adsorption and regeneration cycles, and it produces no noise, vibration, or dust. 【Features of the Membrane Dryer】 ■ No moving parts and requires no power supply ■ Maintenance-free ■ Capable of handling a wide range of dew points and flow rates ■ Utilizes the property of allowing water vapor to pass through easily while making it difficult for air to permeate *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Silicone hollow fiber gas separation membrane "NAGASEP"

It excels in flexibility and bend resistance, and can also be woven into fabric form! Depending on the application, it can be designed into various shapes tailored to the production system.

"NAGASEP" is a silicone hollow fiber gas separation membrane that excels in hydrophobicity and selective permeability for organic substances. It has a heat resistance of 200°C and can be sterilized using direct steam or autoclave sterilization methods in animal cell culture. Additionally, it is resistant to organic solvents, allowing for the separation and recovery of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from wastewater and mixed gases. 【Features】 ■ Almost no degradation from ultraviolet light ■ Long-term use is possible due to its homogeneous membrane, which eliminates concerns about clogging ■ The ultra-fine type of hollow fiber membrane allows for compact equipment design ■ The hollow fiber membrane type can be modularized with a minimum membrane thickness of 0.02mm *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
